9/23/2014– Tuesday’s WOD

Lots of personal records today! Write your front squat one rep max down we will be testing this periodically throughout the next couple months and you will need to know what number to beat. Any time you lift something heavy you need to write it down so this way you can use it as a base for the next time you lift something heavy.

A) Every 90s (10sets) work up to a 1RM Snatch Grip DL with 3sec pause 1″ above knee, increasing weight with each attempt.

B) 8min EMOM: 3x Power Snatch (Touch and Go)

C) Raid Games Event #3

20 yrd sprint (10 down & 10 back)
2x Burpees
20 yrd sprint
4x Wall Balls
20 yrd sprint (10 down & 10 back)
4x Burpees
20 yrd sprint
