A.) Every two minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets of):
Front Squat x 2-3 reps

Build over the course of the sets to today’s heaviest double or triple.

B. With a Running Clock perform the following
“Grace”
30 Clean & Jerks 135/95
(6minute Cap)
Rest 3 minutes, @ 9:00 Begin
75 Wall Balls
90 Double Unders
