A.) Five sets of:
Bench Press x 2 reps

Rest 2-3 minutes

Fitness.) Four sets of:

Bench Press x 6-8 reps
Rest 45 seconds
Plank from Elbows x 45-60 seconds
Rest 45 seconds
Ring Rows x 8-10 reps
Rest 45 seconds

B. In 20minutes complete as many reps as possible of:
20 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
20 Hand-Release Push-Ups

Run 400 meters
