With a partner complete the following for time:

Row 2,000 meters *
100 Wall Balls
100 Burpees
100 Box Jump Overs or Step Overs
100 Kettlbell Swings
Run 1,600 metes **

*partners switch every 500 meters

**partners will run 8×200 meter sprints relay style (each performing 4)
