Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 10-12 reps
Rest 45 seconds

B. Three sets for times of:
Run 300 Meters
Bear Complex  5 reps (135/95)
Rest 90 seconds

Power Clean
Front Squat
Shoulder to Overhead
Back Squat
Shoulder to Overhead
