6.9.16 Thursday

Thursday (9&10am) and Friday (6-10am) I will be getting blood work and a final diagnosis regarding a health issue.  I will let everyone know more next week.  I am sorry for any erratic mood swings these past weeks.

Unfortunatley with Jake and Jon both out of the state/country, and Hannah unable to get out of her responsibilities from lululemon, there won’t be a certified coach for the above times/days.

I apologize for any inconvenience.  The workout and warm up will be written for you to complete if you choose to come in and do it as a class still.

Again 9am & 10am classes will not have a coach Thursday
