Last week was majority of short workouts…this week not so much😈. Little running never hurt anyone. Time to improve on your metabolic Conditioning and take a short week break from strength training.
Every 8 minutes, for 40 minutes (5 sets) of:
Run 800 Meters
21 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
7 Strict Pull-Ups
Note times for each set, and add them for total working time.
